The good thing about Science is that it’s true, whether or not you believe in it.

Once an objective truth is established by these methods, it is not later found to be false.

Science told me that Pluto was a planet.

And then science said it wasn’t a planet. Then we went there and found that it is in fact a planet. Pluto is a planet.

it's more to do with definitions and semantics. a planet was redefined as (among other things) a body that clears a path around its star. pluto's in the middle of the kuiper belt which is chock full of bodies. therefore pluto was demoted to a 'planetoid'.
