Why do even right-leaning publications write articles about this and not acknowledge we still don't (officially) know publicly who the cop is?... Why don't they pursue the identity and give it to us?... You know, some of that "investigative journalism" stuff?
I would say of we did. It would just giveth left fuel to say, "SEE! Conservatives are violent domestic terrorists, and we were right to label them as hate groups we need to go after."
