On its back would be the easiest and fastest way to get the Battery out. The motor disconnect button seems to be the easiest way to disable the robot and not damage it in any way.

Oh, I'm sure the ones they unleash on the population to maintain order will have "quick release" buttons for the batteries. Jeezus, Apple doesn't even let you swap the battery on your phone, ya think Uniparty Robots will? da fuk people, you see these things, run.
