Yeah when I watched the video I remember commenting how shaky and terrified the shooter was. It was a white dude's hand. The dude in OP isn't the one who pulled the trigger.

I know nothing other than that photo and the recording of the Babbit shooting.

Much more plausible. Similar side profile on the hairline. Hard to tell with the masks, though.
