that would be nice, but Congress seems to be intent on surrendering their power to the alphabet agencies in the Federal government already. I'm not sure how we get them to redirect that power back to the states.
Centralized power never gives up that power. It exists to expand.
The best plan to take that back is a Convention of States and repeal of the 16th and 17th Amendments. Followed by the mother-of-all housecleaning jobs and razing DC to the ground.
The more bombastic, the better. Even if it is all show, there needs to be some energy out front to give the other spineless assholes some confidence.
My actual hope is that the bombastic types focus their energy on State Legislatures and move us to a COS that will curtail Congress' powers.
