also, i would quit that job so fucking fast. especially as it sort of sounds like advertisting, which is what i do, and would not put up with that level of woketardedness at all. and i learned long ago from the career colleges i had the misfortune of working with that you dont put your target audience in the ads, you put the people that target audience wants to be. so our ads for things like univ of phoenix nursing and smaller, shittier colleges that tend to have 90% black women as their demo were all ads with attractive white women who look upper middle class. because thats who the largely poor black woman demographic apparently saw as what to strive for. we didnt put [email protected] in the ads, they dont want to see themselves, they wanted to see the ivankas. it was very confusing at first, but it worked and proved true.
