We need a secure border and to enforce immigration laws, absolutely. We also need to strengthen them as the laws have multiple loopholes on state and local levels. We also need to have quotas and vet the people that come in legally. Some years it may be closer to 0, some times it may be a large amount. But we need to vet, we need to bring in the number needed to ensure they will be ready to contribute to the country and aren't only here because they literally get everything for free on the backs of Americans and the backs of legal immigrants as well.
