I'm actually working on the Convention of States issue with one of the national groups. There's a possibility that the State Nullification challenges to the attacks on 1A and 2A can provide the momentum we need for a COS.
And the 17th is my personal holy grail. They took California with a similar scheme, but we don't have a solution like a COS.
