Remember, the Constitution is what Allowed us to get to here in the first place. Liberals may be right that it needs to be dismantled and redone.

I agree.

I do not think the old constitution needs to be torn apart.

But the constitution needs to be refreshed and re written so that there will never be a time when it needs to be interpreted at all.

It needs to say in plane language what it means and it needs to have a description of the implications of what it means

IE: 2nd ammendment- DONT FUCKING TOUCH THIS AT ALL YOU FUCKS. QED - shall jot be infringed means no law at all shall touch this ammendment even incidentally. The people are allowed weaponry, all weaponry without regulatory insight.
