Is letter everyone vote a good thing? Is letting unchecked immigration a good thing? Is letting freedom of religion a good thing? The way in which SCOTUS has interpreted parts to push equality as led to many issues. Forced integration for example should not be constitutional. The civil rights act should not be constitutional. Are all the amendments actually good, like the income tax or women's suffrage etc...
I figured it out at ~30yo, which to be fair, is about when you should expect men to figure it out but it was too late 2 years ago to live the life and not just talk it. The structure of society was already changes such that it is almost impossible to come back from. The real culprits if you want to lay blame are the baby boomers who whored out their children in order to live a comfy life and who were entirely and still are almost wholly blind to the destruction they caused.
But there are still things that can be done, such as convince people, pull some like-minded people into your circle, eat with them regularly by cooking for them at your own table, and, have home schooled children. Why is it so important to cook at home, and invite people, when there are so many nice places to go grab a bite cheaply? Because those are designed environments. It is impossible to think an original thought in them.
You are right, the boomers did it. They themselves were raised by war-torn people who saw abundance and peace and dove into it.
Instead of lamenting the curtains are on fire, let us go get a bucket of water. While we talk, they are getting worse. Yes, in time it will really be too late, but maybe right now, it isn't quite.

There's issues with the constitution.
Issues, yes.
The men before us had to face issues and that is just something that is a permanent human condition.
Your concerns are valid, so they will be worked on.
What bothers me is there aren't enough of you, and your median age is 40. You held your own until you stopped having enough children.
