I just booked a sleeper train for our family to go from Melbourne to Sydney in July, found out they won’t let us share a cabin because of “social distancing”. So we each get a cabin to ourselves, despite the fact that we are a FAMILY from the same household.

This is just lunacy. The ‘Roma has been essentially OVER here since August. 🤡🌏

Do we even have sleeper trains in America? I would just drive my truck and get a room when I feel the need to get drunk.

Hubby and I rode the Amtrak around the USA in 2016. Sleeper cabins the whole way. We had a great time, made some amazing memories. For international travellers, it was better than dealing with the militant airport security. Sad that we won't be doing it again.
