She mistook her tazer for a glock because she was overwhelmed by, what should have been, a normal police incident with a wanted idiot. Police in the past were selected for their ability to remain calm in stressful situations, like ex-military. I am completely stunned that someone that clueless was assigned as a training officer.

... Asked the donut-eating non-binary blob at the Times whose idea of an adrenaline rush is thinking about "Orange man bad."

Why put her in that situation to begin with? The only recourse an average woman has against an average man is lethal force. I can’t tell you how many videos there are out there of a dude just overpowering a female officer and killing her with her own weapon. Or a drugged up guy taking taser charges like a sponge tank, getting his hands on a female officer and caving her face in.

Death by equality quota is no way to go out. Some things should be left to those who have the right chromosomes to handle it, and even then it’s no guarantee.

When a man in my family got partnered with a female officer, the people who lost their shit over it the most.....were other females in the family.
