He's a Texas oil/energy man. Has some slick deals going between "Energy Transfer", a Tx energy broker ( of whom he is a former chair) and Ukrainian energy companies that he set up as Trump's Sec. of Energy. I wouldn't say they were illegal, and may even be beneficial to the US, but they were pretty slippery...🤔🇺🇸
