To be fair, land is one of the few items we cannot produce more of. It is a better long term investment than any share on the stock market. With people flooding into Arizona from all over the United States, they will all eventually need a place to live or land to develop, and what looks like farmland now will quickly become metropolitan cities in the coming decades.
