Black officer candidate really believes the chain instructors made him wear for not following "the chain of command" (5 years ago) was because he was black. Had nothing to do with him being a shithead and makes no mention of anyone else punished with it or other forms of punishment. (www.yahoo.com)

I got much worse than that being white in Marine basic and also Army OCS. Far far worse than a stupid chain. Guy is totally full of shit. I like how he leaves out what rules he broke that created the circumstance. So the chain of command now is racist. GTFO.
