It falls under unreasonable search and seizures, 4th amendment.

You have to agree with someone asking you to produce an ID, including police officers, for them to find what they're searching you for.

Information about you, especially your identification (WHO YOU ARE) is your property. If you don't own that much you will be treated like a slave.

Producing an ID for no good reason is your choice. It's always your right to refuse unreasonable searches and seizures. But if you don't know your rights you don't have any.

Or if you throw them away by showing ID to eat at BK.
