What a coincidence that the nurses left arm is bent awkwardly upward in just the position to obstruct the cameras view of the needle tip and injection site.
No nurse administers any injections in that awkward position. It just doesn't happen.
When I zoom I see the syringe and needle. Can't say for certainty if anything was injected however. Most likely she got the vaccination but it could be saline. looks like it is being given at a walmart maybe?
I think a more clearer way to respond to you is not necessarily the technique just that it's convenient that the arm is blocking the actual view of the insertion of the needle.

At Walmart. That was good. 😂
There is a dimple where the “needle” is. You get a dimple when something is pressing against the skin but doesn’t go in
oh, so we're gonna open up that can of worms, huh
Uh...
That’s exactly how you administer a shot. You squeeze the deltoid with the other and especially in smaller females
Fuck off shill with no comment history.
Really? Your bitch ass comes out of hiding for this post?
Who sent you motherfucker.

Just so you know, I contacted three nurses regarding this image before I posted my initial comment, and they all agree with me.
Good talk. My other account got locked out. I’ve given 1000s of vaccines in my career. That’s how I do it. Get fucked.
ya i agree. i work in medical. ive seen plenty nurses do this.

Did you really need that explained to you?
