What a coincidence that the nurses left arm is bent awkwardly upward in just the position to obstruct the cameras view of the needle tip and injection site.
No nurse administers any injections in that awkward position. It just doesn't happen.
When I zoom I see the syringe and needle. Can't say for certainty if anything was injected however. Most likely she got the vaccination but it could be saline. looks like it is being given at a walmart maybe?

There is a dimple where the “needle” is. You get a dimple when something is pressing against the skin but doesn’t go in
