No nurse administers any injections in that awkward position. It just doesn't happen.

I see the divot, thing is, vaccine needles are one time use, so they are brand new sharp. The needle would pierce right into the skin without causing such a divot.

Try zooming in, you can see the tip of the needle. Look for the obvious divot in her arm.
I can't see it, but maybe you're right. Either way its suspicious AF.
