Just do it. I have an iPhone, I try to average 10k steps a day. I listen to Shakespeare or prayer on my walks. You do that for a month and you’ll feel more self confident. Self confidence attracts women, I don’t know how but it does. Again I don’t know your story but I just wanted to tell you if you give up, those fuckers win.
