She's spent the last two days saying things like: "I don't trust my government but I trust science." and "I really really don't want to get it." and "I want to be able to travel to Europe again, so I'm willing to get it for that."

Even with all her anxiety and mistrust, she still got it. Only a few hours after, she said she didn't feel good, and didn't think it was just in her head.

People are so brainwashed, they're going against their own common sense and survival instincts.

UPDATE: She said her brain was foggy all day yesterday, and she doesn't really remember the days events. She said it made her and her husband who also took it very very tired. And the injection site was very painful also.

My best friend got it today. Pfizer. She was harassed by her family who believe it is the cure. I’m so disappointed that her faith in God didn’t override her fear, or the guilt she gave in to.

I'm not a very religious person, and I do trust science. But this isn't science, these are corporations. Ones ran by very untrustworthy devious people.

19
powershellder 19 points ago +19 / -0

Trust science by using the Socratic method.

There is evidence this vaccine causes harm.

There is no evidence it helps.

The side claiming it works has been proven to be liars on many other occasions.

There is an alternate cure that does not have side effects.

If you were to get the shot, what is the worst case scenario?

What does the literature say?

7
substantialmajestic 7 points ago +8 / -1

I'd like evidence the virus even exists.

3
Vox_Dobad 3 points ago +3 / -0

I think just the circumstantial evidence of how it affects the elderly and not children is enough to say that, yeah, it exists. That's a pretty strange effect compared to other viruses.

The problem is anything with similar symptoms is being rebranded as 'rona, as evidenced by the unbelievably small number of reported flu cases this year.

Anyone under the age of 75, with no co-morbidities, experiences Covid as a mild cold. Young people literally have a 0.0038% death rate from it. So, basically, ZERO percent.

By contrast, the gene therapy they're giving to people is being claimed to have iatrogenic effects. ("Iatrogenic" is the big word for a cure that is worse than the disease.) For instance, triggering autoimmune diseases, Bell's-palsy, death and (now, as we're hearing) generating prions in the brain that culminates in Mad Cow-like symptoms. Brain inflammation that will result in mental retardation in the young and dementia in the old.

Hm. A mild cold or Mad fucking Cow. And you chose Mad Cow. Good luck with that.

Check back with me in 6 to 12 months when this shit kicks in.

Pfizer is the one I want to get. I'm not in a high risk group, or currently in a high risk area, but I do expect to be spending some time in high risk areas, so I'd want to get vaccinated whether there's any requirement for it or not. The Pfizer one has the best track record re side effects, and is also more effective (so far) than the J&J vaccine (which is off the table right now anyway). Right now, only the Moderna vaccine is available in my area, and if I felt the need to get vaccinated ASAP, I'd get it, but the incidence of skin reactions, while mostly mild, is significant and the mechanism not well understood, so I'm going to wait until I can get the Pfizer vaccine. Your friend will be fine.

48
maleitch 48 points ago +48 / -0

Why would you want to get a "vaccine" that doesn't even prevent you from getting the virus? It also does nothing to prevent you from spreading it so what in the hell are you talking about?

-44
Deplora -44 points ago +3 / -47

The vaccines (all of them) absolutely do reduce the incidence of symptomatic illness, and reduce the incidence of hospitalization or death to near zero. And yes, it does plenty to reduce the spread. No vaccine has ever been 100% effective against acquiring or spreading a disease, or 100% free of side effects.

I do not want to get COVID-19. While the incidence of death or critical illness is very low even without vaccination, the risk of mild or moderate symptomatic illness remains high in densely populated areas. And many people who recover from the active infection quickly, are left with long-term and possibly permanent side effects. It's not rational to look at this in terms of "if there's only a remote chance it will kill me, then there's no reason to worry about getting the disease". There's a guy in my town who had a "mild" case almost a year ago. He still can't taste anything except super-hot chili peppers like jalapenos, and he can barely even taste those. I'm not sure about how his sense of smell has recovered at this point (it was also totally gone), and that can be dangerous in addition to just lowering quality of life.

I think you watch too much CNN

-16
Deplora -16 points ago +5 / -21

I literally haven't watched a single second of CNN or MSNBC or ABC/CBS/NBC in over two years, and have very rarely watched any of them in the past 20 years. Before 9/11 I used to watch some CNN every weekend for balance, but when they started referring to the attackers as the "alleged" hijackers, I couldn't stomach it any more. And from everything I've heard, they've been getting steadily worse since then. I see a few clips from both CNN and MSNBC on other news channels, highlighting the over-the-top idiocy of both networks, and that's plenty.

20
tom_machine 20 points ago +20 / -0

Even worse, probably you read NYT, Nature mag, Science mag articles designed as propaganda for the medical industry and think you are read unbiased scientific articles rather than puff pieces

-12

I read original research papers, not magazine articles or the inane NYT.

8
unaor 8 points ago +8 / -0

Before 9/11 I used to watch some CNN every weekend for balance,

I don't get why you would want to include a "balance" of blatant, lying propaganda. I understand that you said its been 20 years, but many people still have this sentiment/do this and I just don't get it. It's like saying "yeah, I love a good steak, and eat it often, but sometimes I eat monkey shit to balance it out."

WU_HAN_FRU 20 points ago +21 / -1

Do you understand the difference between a vaccine and mRNA therapy?

Do you realize which one J & J is [was?], and which the other two are?

Do you realize that if you knew what a vaccine is, what it does, and had an elementary notion of how vaccines work, it would be impossible to say the stupid shit you just said?

10
believe_in_something 10 points ago +10 / -0

Id agree with you that all those who say these things are:

  1. Not looking at the full picture
  2. Seem to be okay in participating in a vacc trial with a higher likelihood of death (if we +uncertainty) than the virus itself.

This Vacc and other things (staying indoors without exercising) are doing to the immune system (suppressing it).

What to do instead of Vacc:

  1. Exersize
  2. Take Vitamin D and C. Especially during winter and fall.
  3. If you get the virus take there are many readily available and effective treatments
-17
Deplora -17 points ago +3 / -20

The mRNA is not a "therapy"; it's just a different vaccine vector. J&J and AstraZeneca use adenovirus vectors, and both of those vaccines have had a small but significant incidence of serious clotting complications, almost certainly related to an immune reaction to the combination of the adenovirus vectors and COVID-19 antigens. The Moderna (mRNA-vectored) vaccine has had a high incidence of mild skin reactions, along with a very few extremely serious skin reactions. That profile is not different from skin reactions associated with some very common drugs, but given the availability and comparable effectiveness of the Pfizer (also mRNA-vectored) alternative, I prefer to go with Pfizer.

15
WU_HAN_FRU 15 points ago +15 / -0

I didn't hack into your bank account and steal all your money.

I was just using a "different income vector."

According to VAERS they have killed more people than all shots in the last ten years combined, over 3000 now? and that is just the immediate.

In the SEC filings they are categorized as gene therapy.

Read some of the reactions on this forum @ https://vestibular.org/forum/dizziness/covid-19-vaccine-side-effects/

-19
Deplora -19 points ago +2 / -21

You have no idea what you're talking about. VAERS is a collection of reports, not conclusions. Every person who died shortly after receiving a vaccine is included. Interpreting that to mean that all these people were "killed by the vaccine" is just ignorant. If you're going to believe that, you might as well believe the "COVD death" statistics that included people who died in vehicle crashes and falling off ladders, who just happened to test positive for COVID-19 shortly before their deaths. The initial roll-out of the vaccine was limited to people in very high risk groups -- high risk for death from any cause, as well as for death from COVID. Most were very old, many living in nursing homes (including people on DNR or hospice status due to non-COVID-related conditions). A lot of these people were going to die anyway. If there was a national reporting system for deaths within a week of eating applesauce, you'd be claiming it showed that "applesauce killed" hundreds of people.

1
DaughterOfLiberty 1 point ago +2 / -1

No word on the long term effects. Covid is just a flu. Had it and no big deal. Why are you scared of the flu but not injecting yourself with some experimental dna? You deserve to be the string of dead people coming when this vaccine starts killing people.

7
maleitch 7 points ago +7 / -0

Why are you so terrified of this virus? I have taken the flu vaccine and still caught the flu. Notice how there is always on out for anything that happens with this virus. The majority who get it never need hospitalizations so you are simply being hysterical. Myself and two other family members supposedly had it, although if you had told me it was the flu I would have believed you. Very similar. We lost some taste and some smell for about two weeks. You are being ridiculous.

6
Questionable 6 points ago +7 / -1

Do you know what else reduces symptoms? Drinking fucking milk.

https://www.bitchute.com/video/B1OuvLzH6P5i/

Never heard that before? Of course not. Can't make a billion dollars telling people to drink their moo juice in the morning.

-4
Deplora -4 points ago +3 / -7

The dairy industry has plenty of financial motivation to tell people to drink their moo juice regularly. I drink lots of milk anyway. If there's a correlation with COVID severity, I'd guess is due to the vitamin D fortification in our milk supply. And I also take plenty of vitamin D already.

4
Questionable 4 points ago +4 / -0

That video is on Terrain theory. Not the dairy industry.

For a person with a skeptical mind. I don't think you are putting it to proper use.

"I'd guess is due to the vitamin D fortification in our milk supply"

That helps. But you would be wrong.

Ever look at old medical and scientific diagrams that look like nonsensical voodoo, and wonder what they mean? Apparently many of them are much easier to interpret than you may realize.

You should join us over at conspiracies.win/. It would be nice to have more people whom Question things. And Question things you should.

2
DaughterOfLiberty 2 points ago +3 / -1

Then why are you AFRAID to get Covid? It’s laughable. You must be fat or something. That’s most people who die from it.

4
Italianshamrock 4 points ago +4 / -0

Not everyone recovering has long term side effects so why would you take the jab of an experimental biological treatment which may give you those long term effects? Have you gotten an antibody test? IgM and igG.

21
DebbieinDallas 21 points ago +22 / -1

You are a stupid person for wanting a vaccine that doesnt do jack shit. You do know, dont you, that HCQ and Ivermectin work to cure covid?

8
Lipscarf 8 points ago +8 / -0

If you aren’t high risk, don’t get the experimental vaccine. I’m 31, I got Covid and it was like a little cold for 3 days. My wife got it, 32, she was fine in 2 days. My father in law got it, he’s 57 and overweight, he had a lingering cough for a couple weeks. My 91 year old grandma with Alzheimer’s got it, she recovered in 2 days. Don’t get the commie injection

4
substantialmajestic 4 points ago +4 / -0

What about in 6 to 12 months. The dude from Mayo says many side effects will not show up until 6-12 months later.

1
DaughterOfLiberty 1 point ago +1 / -0

I had it in March 2020. I was very sick. Could not breeve until HCQ. Fine ever since! Can run, exercise, do all things normal.

2
commies4jail2021 2 points ago +3 / -1

bro just take vitamin d and zinc (with food or you get nausea), and quercetin. OR take ivermectin once every 2 weeks, or once a week if you are in high risk areas. now you are safe without experimental poison injected in your arm. Go and be free from your fear prison.

And when I would bring up- wow these side effects are kind of scary- most coworkers would get all quiet and defensive and just say “it’s science.”

Literally every single person on my team who's gotten the mRNA treatment has gotten so sick they had to miss multiple days of work. People complain about weeks of brain fog and fatigue persisting to this day, someone had a family member blackout and fall resulting in a broken arm, constant dizziness and more.

And no one thinks any of this is at all strange -- especially not that the govt ensured big pharma is eternally free of all liability for adverse effects, and there is a non-stop blitz of newscorp articles trying to talk you into taking it.

The side effects are legitimately nasty and it's incredibly common knowledge if you look for it. It's actually kind of weird how little it's advertised, but I guess makes sense, since they don't want to turn people off of getting it.

The people I know who got it regretted it, because they incredibly sick for a like 2 days straight

3
CovfefeVideo 3 points ago +3 / -0

Over the last few days, I've been noticing a lot of older people looking very sick, trying not to faint, sitting down on the floor, putting their heads between their knees, etc. It has to be the vaccines.

I don't blame anyone for getting the vaccine. Frankly, everyone I know who has got it posted it on facebook like it was some big event. The news talks about it constantly. I'm not going to get it though, at least not for a year. There's just too much politicized crap surrounding everything to do with COVID and I don't believe anything anyone says about it.

1
SentryS 1 point ago +2 / -1

What will change in a year? The ingredients?????????

1
Smurfection 1 point ago +1 / -0

I'm not sure what will change in a year. I'll re-evaluate in a year. Perhaps, in a year, no one will even care about the vaccine or COVID. On the other hand, maybe the government will start trying to round up and force people like me to take the vaccine or strip me of my rights. I don't know. Maybe nothing will change. it could be that long term side effects start appearing in a year. Maybe we find out, the vaccine really is the best way to stay alive given wave after wave of variants.

1
NavySTG 1 point ago +1 / -0

Amazing how you got voted down for an honest opinion. It's feeling like Reddit around here. I couldn't give a shit what someone does. Vax, no vax, smoke weed or not, shoot dtugs or not, drink I don't care. There seems to be a massive cult here that hates Trump's vaccines though.

2
Smurfection 2 points ago +2 / -0

We have some lefties one here that think they're right wing. Just as much as the left wing took the opposite position to everything Trump said and did, there's a small contingent of lefties wingers posing as right wingers that goes to extremes to do the opposite of anything the mainstream culture does. People who can't think need crutches and simple rules like "be opposite" sound like a good idea to them.

About the vaccines, I really don't know. I'm in good health and we know what the prophylactics are and what the treatment is now. I figure I'm good for a year. I'll think about it again next year.
