Liberia.

USA after the Civil War created a country for any freed slave to go to.

Until Lincoln was killed and a Democrat took over the plan was to give free slaves "40 acres and a mule", which in reality was a large plot of land that would have been a black only quasi independent "state".

But Dems came in and caved to their southern Dems and said no. Then they created the KKK, Jim Crow and fought the 1964 civil rights. Racial Jungle and segregated buses thanks to a Byrd that was a Cyclops.

So if anyone should pay reperations its the Democrats. Clintons, Bai-Dens, Pelosi's, Schumey's and all others can give up their millions and homes to ADOS. Also fully paid direct flights to any ADOS that wants to go to Liberia and turn it into the modern day Wakanda. I would consider all forgeign AID to Liberia as "reperations", since the country was created for freed slaves. If your great great great grandpapy chose USA over Liberia then the debt was paid through freedom from slavery.
