This is just posturing. They want to win back the black votes they know they lost in 2020. Best way they know how is to create a wildly untenable bill that will get shot down and then point at common sense Americans and yell racist.

Problem is, the people who fled the Dem plantation scamtation aren't ever going to put themselves back into political bondage.

They didn't lose black votes in 2020. They still voted 90% Democrat like they've been doing for the past 60 years.
