Some of the proposals so far being argued right now:
- Mandatory criminal sentences if voter ID isn't checked. No secondary ID allowed
- A state integrity system that will conduct blind audits on staff & equipment
- Restricting money from outside the state being used by election officials & counties
- State police & task force designed specifically for going after ballot harvesting campaigns in areas with high homeless or seniors
- State involvement if adjudication rate exceeds a certain threshold
Looks like Texas will still be safe for a few more years

Don't think I've seen any other state introduce that yet, but I think its great. When you have adjudication rates hundreds of times above historical norms, it should be heavily scrutinized.
