I've shot many thousands of rounds out of my Glocks other than ammo and a limp wrist from the kid never had an issue.
I'd say his life is worthless, but he probably sucked money out of the system so that would be a False statement. Its not worth 0, its got negative value.

Upon further inspection, the cop had his thumb riding the slide. So failure to eject or next round was stuck.
He had to pull out the mag pretty hard too, maybe it was stuck in there.
So operator error, not a pistol failure.
I'm on a phone so hard to tell but looks like he tried to rack it before pulling the mag?

Squib round, fail to eject. Slide after squib round doesn't blow back far enough. Casing jammed in ejection port preventing forward slide motion

It was a Smith and Wesson M&P, but see the other comment in this thread regarding the jam. It was operator error and maybe a magazine?
