So failure to eject or next round was stuck. He had to pull out the mag pretty hard too, maybe it was stuck in there. Upon further inspection, the cop had his thumb riding the slide. So failure to eject or next round was stuck.
He had to pull out the mag pretty hard too, maybe it was stuck in there.
So operator error, not a pistol failure.
