Credit my parents... but I grew up knowing that doing something that is permanent, whether taking vows, or having a child or even getting a tattoo - if it's permanent you better be damn certain you're not just being obedient to social pressure. If you're considering the Vax, please give my parent's wisdom (which they got from the Bible) some serious consideration.
No judgements though, we all damage our flesh one way or another.
I have a tone of tattoos. I still get them. I love them. Done a few of mine myself. Mostly they commemorate things I've accomplished military stuff, marriage, children, memories of loved ones lost. things like that, But they're quite personal. My next ones will most likely be my children writing their names on some left over space. I will definitely tell my children to think seriously about anything permanent. Tattoos, marriage, children. I don't really see the similarities to a vax, but I can definitely see advantages to not getting any. I'm viewed differently sometimes, but it doesn't bother me. Once people get to know me they know I'm a good person. If they choose never to interact with me because of the way they outwardly perceive me hey I never know or I probably wouldn't find them very interesting anyhow. Its interesting to see how others think of them though.
I get it. But it occurred to me at some point that I was the weird one having none. So I have thought about lot about why people do or don't ... do anything that the group is doing.
This vax does have a permanent effect. So the social pressure should alarm you.
