You know what this is though. The guy was sent to that neighborhood to stir up something to give BLM an excuse to be there. That's their next step, going into neighborhoods and suburbs and provoking people so they can react and cry racism and attack the neighborhood.
I heard the stranger was starting shit with the neighbor and walked off when the white dude showed up. I don't know the whole story but if the black dude was there fucking with the neighbors them this dude had every right to remove him.
