I think we have forgotten the meeting of the word incel. Someone voluntarily refusing to have sex with disgusting women isn't an incel. Incels desperately want to have sex with women but can't because they are either too ugly or too socially awkward, usually both. I hate to be that definition guy, I just find it kind of interesting that the word seems to be used so freely these days.
"Involuntary", as I always understood it at least. As in...a person who tries to get laid, yet never can. Involuntarily celibate. I always perceived the MGTOW crowd as a mix of Incels and Volcels...bit of a mixed bag
Mgtow has become an umbrella term which covers men who choose not to participate in a society which is hostile towards them. There are varying degrees of mgtow from the monk to the guy who fucks around but wont get married.
