True a lot of conservatives are seeing through the BS. Unrelated to politics. I was talking to a building inspector yesterday, he was checking out the electrical. Asked me if I was going to do foam insulation for the house. I said: "no, I've heard some stories about off gassing and rot caused by foam." (and some health concerns. I'd rather stick with fiberglass which has been around over 60 years.) His reply was "you heard that on the internet? A lot of people think just because its on the internet it makes it true", he went on to say a lot of people also believe living near high voltage powerlines cause health problems, but he has not seen the evidence. I wanted to say: " I did a lot of RESEARCH on the internet. I weighed pros and cons and decided to go with fiberglass. I bet you're the type that still believes everything on the TV news" But he was holding that little "passed inspection" sticker so did not want to get into an argument over differing opinions.
But it taught me a lot of people believe what big government tells them.
You would think that when every news media outlet, hollywood, late night, and all of big tech just repeats the same thing that one political party says, that people would catch on and figure out that they're being constantly bombarded with propaganda.
It's not subtle anymore though.
