Judicial Watch has submitted a FIOA request for that info but he is getting stonewalled.

I love that Fitton tries, but I've seen more pictures of his lat spread than any results. Has he ever successfully retrieved info that caused results?

And the thugs think Manslaughter is not enough.

George Kirby's brother said to charge her just like he'd be charged.

He'd be charged with manslaughter for an accidental death. Sounds fair to me.

Do we know who killed Ashlii Babbett?

JRBR549 5 points ago +5 / -0

He's named here, when he left his weapon unattended in a bathroom. https://www.rollcall.com/2019/02/27/capitol-police-weapon-left-unattended-in-capitol-bathroom-again/

I remember seeing that some time ago. The article was written in February of 2019. How does that tell us who the shooter was in Jan 2021?

JRBR549 1 point ago +1 / -0

He's the first officer named.

Lt. Mike Byrd. Ok. How do you know? Has this been released to the public?

I'm not too sure. Taylor Hanson on twitter connected the dots. He saw the bracelet the guy was wearing and then referred to an earlier picture. https://twitter.com/TaylerUSA/status/1382045708237217792?s=20

No, I don’t think we were ever told. One way justice system. Why aren’t her relatives making a big stink? Something isn’t right.

I almost wanted to say that your username provides a hint since it appears to answer the question you're asking (even if it isn't).

Who was fleeing arrest in a vehicle...

People don't seem to understand that even if it was an accident, it was still entirely warranted.

1
CuomoisaMassMurderer 1 point ago +1 / -0

The shooting wasn't warranted, she thought she was tazing him which wouldve been effective in these circumstances. It's a helluva mistake, especially for someone who trains other cops.

It's not like she drew and fired quickly, she had the gun in her hand for quite some time. They also carry their tazer on the opposite side from their pistol for this very reason.

He had a warrant for a more serious crime, right? He won't be fleeing that anymore.

2
_Cabal_ 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yes it was.

A taser probably wouldn't have been effective at all. Any suggestion to the contrary is baseless nonsense.

Her mistake was not meaning to pull her gun. That should have been her plan all along when he broke free from arrest and tried to flee in the vehicle. A fleeing criminal getting behind the wheel of a vehicle is no different than a fleeing criminal pulling a weapon.

It was entirely warranted. He suicided by cop, and it played out exactly as it should have.

She should be fired, or at least reassigned to a paper pushing postion for trying to tase him, not for shooting him.

You can't shoot someone fleeing arrest unless they are directly endangering someone. She can only shoot if someone is in mortal danger. No one was in that situation; it's unjustified. Her weapon handling is appalling even before the shot is fired.

A vehicle counts as a weapon AFAIK

Hur dur, reading is hard.

If you're not even going to bother to read, then sit down and stfu.

Everyone but me is wrong.

There are so many criteria that have to be met before a vehicle is a weapon. This situation did not meet those criteria.

Just stop for a moment and think about the logic of your statement. By your logic, police are justified to shoot every felon at every traffic stop because the "criminal is behind the wheel of a vehicle".

I'm not sure if anyone's told you this yet today, (probably happens often), but you are legitimately a moron.

Cool story

CuomoisaMassMurderer 1 point ago +1 / -0

It would be interesting to see that argument play out in court. He had exposed skin all over the place which is why I say a tazer wouldve been very effective. Why do you say it "wouldn't have been effective at all?"

Black Lives Matter burns, loots, and murders for months on end and got billions of dollars, unchallenged political power, and a fraudulent election.

Conservatives can’t even muster a rally in DC.

Do the math. 🤷🏼‍♂️

No matter how many times people post about this obviously faked incident, it will never become true.

Sorry not sorry.
