Watched the video.... someone get Poor Grandpa off the stage - it's obvious he is suffering from Dementia - I am sure part of his brain recognizes this and it's has to be frustrating

What I find hard to believe is that his family has allowed him to actually campaign and steal an election for an office he is totally incapable of fulfilling. You would think they would care more about him than that. I guess Jill really wanted to become FLOTUS.
