God help us. Biden talks for slightly over two minutes regarding Congressional Black Caucus and as usual he was as incoherent and confusing as always. He then refuses to answer questions. It’s frightening that he is the leader of the free world. (www.oann.com)

What I find hard to believe is that his family has allowed him to actually campaign and steal an election for an office he is totally incapable of fulfilling. You would think they would care more about him than that. I guess Jill really wanted to become FLOTUS.
