The article is discussing mostly people's interpretations and religious traditions, as opposed to anything directly written in the Torah or Talmud. With the obvious exception of the passage about Jesus being punished in hell by being immersed in boiling excrement, but obviously Judaism would consider Jesus to be a really bad guy, so I don't think that's a good example of a general disdain for non-Jews (and of course there's the fact Jesus was Jewish).
