The CNN article even admits: “One of the women who spoke to CNN said she did so in part because the picture of Gaetz as potentially connected to sex trafficking that has emerged in recent days does not align with what she saw. Both women said that they never saw anyone at the parties who appeared to be underage.”
You don't even have to prove that what they told was false first, they already admitted to it, now all you have to do is ask for their total networth in damages.
A public figure, in order to sue for libel, must prove "actual malice", or "Put another way, it is a matter of whether this particular defendant knew, in his own mind and heart, that he was very likely publishing false material when he published it."

CNN is knowing lying about Gaetz and other effective Republicans to weaken them and take them out for the Democrats. How is this not criminal? I understand the 1st Amendment but CNN is not reporting news it's making it up on purpose. Twitter and Facebook are in on suppressing the truth too.
