let's try this

when I am downing brews with my homies, I can call people much worse names and everyone laughs

if I called someone an asshole at work, I would be behind LeRoy in the welfare line.

decorum defines what is responsible

here decorum allows you to call people assholes

Not saying "asshole" at work is self censorship but I don't have freedom of speech at work

The Constitution only defines my relationship with the government. The government cannot prevent me from calling someone an asshole

I assume it is also racist.
