That's the exact shit said by BLM about Floyd. A real investigation would have resulted in no charges in his death. I have no doubt she was murdered, but that doesn't mean there shouldn't be an investigation to make sure all the facts are known.

That said, they made the rule of rushing to prosecute without a legitimate investigation into Floyd's death, so I guess we should push for the same treatment for Babbitt's killer.
