The more money sent, the more money gets laundered. That is to say, if the feds send 100 dollars about 40 dollars of that money will get laundered. If the send 1000 dollars about 980 will get laundered. In other words the more they send the less they will get. This is what happens with a system purposely staffed by corrupt individuals for political reasons of loyalty and obedience.
