While I don’t think it was “justified” I also feel like if you do something reckless that, you put your life in a cops hand. I also feel like this with Floyd and Wright. I feel all 3 evenly shouldn’t have been charged. Don’t wanna get shot, don’t fight police and try to get into a car, also don’t try to break into a barrier with guns pointed at you. My gripe comes if that officer from Wright is charged why isn’t Ashli killer charged? I feel a fleeing suspect in a 2500lb moving weapon in Potentially as dangerous as ashli Babbitt. It seems with ashli “they” are willing to play extreme “what if’s” what if ashli got in and unlocked the door causing a rush and the cops having to open fire or 100s. Unlikely, but say I agree. What if Wright fled high speed and hit my mom leaving church on Sunday? If ashlis shoot was justified to prevent what could of happened why isn’t wrights also?

She got the short end of the stick of a lot of people's failures that day, but she isn't abstained from some blame. How we can, correctly critique people for resisting arrest and putting themselves in dangerous and volatile situations, but not someone rioting on January 6 is a little head scratching.

I think people conflate protesters and rioters. The people screaming with bull horns and causing minor civil unrest (blocking traffic)-protesters

People breaking into the capital and squaring off with police-peaceful protesters aka rioters

Agree with you on bull horning and stuff.

I think blocking traffic is as bad as any form of rioting, there are lots of people on the road doing life and death stuff and they also have money and property at stake and impeding them is as life threatening as throwing burning bottles of gas or breaking stuff.

Maybe I wasn’t clear but this is what I ment to say

I'm in a little different boat. I think she should have been armed and shot the cop as soon as he pulled out his gun.

I understand the sentiment but that isn’t realistic. We’d be talking about a massacre Right now. Undoubtedly they’d open fire on that whole crowd

That's why I hypothetically advocated weeks before hand that everyone go armed and leave a biblical body count. A body count is the only way ANYTHING in history has ever changed. Protest, vote, do whatever else you like, a body count is the only answer.

If that’s the case, why hypothetically didn’t you do it?

FreeSpeechMaster 0 points ago +1 / -1

Hypothetically, I WAS there. Were you?

Mraboman3 [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

No, I wasn’t because I wasn’t going to do anything

FreeSpeechMaster 1 point ago +1 / -0

Well, that was a wise choice, then.

No one was really about action. Even on here it was pictures of people cleaning up the halls and stuff. No one was about all that internet tough talk. I heard a fire extinguisher was thrown..maybe

Oh fuck off

Explain, why you feel this was unjustified while others were.

All the “conservative” talking points we usually speak about don’t apply?

She was committing a felony

Was given orders to stop by law enforcement

We always say “we don’t know she wasn’t armed”

No, a fuck you will suffice.

Ok, stop acting like a woman, all emotional. You act like your momma. Unless, you are a woman. No judging, the whorls needs balance, emotional woman, like yourself, and logical men

Only if you stop acting like a leftist cuck.

Mraboman3 [S] 1 point ago +2 / -1

Actually I’m making very right, maybe even far right arguments. You, in fact are more left leaning. Adding in emotion and what if’s, and feelings.

The hard right stance would be

Committing a felony- check

Cops said stop-check

She didn’t stop- check

“Clean shoot”

It’s actually leftist that say, well trespassing isn’t really a violent felony, in hindsight she didn’t have a weapon, he should of shot her leg, the cops should have just retreated and arrested them later

Babbitt didn't deserve to die when it is our responsibility to stop a corrupt government. The other two were on borrowed time since, ghetto trash tends to kill itself.

I’m asking, just trying to follow your logic. If the government does something corrupt , say mandate vaccines in my state. You think I can raid the governors mansion in opposing and his security detail can’t shoot me or it’s unjustified because the reason I kicked in his door was over government corruption by mandating vaccines?

Replies to like ratio means this'll be a spicy topic. A patriot entered the capitol to stop Biden from being sworn in and was killed. A black gangbanger druggy thug got killed by taking too many drugs and had respiratory failure as he begged for his mommy on the pavement. A robber got shot while escaping police after Taser Karen forgot which hand had the shocker and which one had the lead dispenser. That about sum things up?

He's not being charged because he didn't make a mistake causing a death.

He can say he felt threatened, was protecting the political leaders, had a legitimate reason to shoot.

So if she just says “I yelled taser to distract him, I ment to smoke him to protect abomans mom” she wouldn’t be charged?
