Reparations proposal: a reparations fund is established. If you accept reparations, you will be given your money, an official "we're sorry" certificate, you will renounce your American citizenship, and be given a one way plane ticket to whatever country you won't find it "traimatic" to be in.

Best part: crowd fund that shit. You wouldn't even need to use tax money. Donations to that shit from private citizens will be explosive. I'm totally serious.
