You clearly haven't been paying attention if you've missed all the very dark white people jogging around causing chaos.
In my younger stupider days when I listened to rap and consumed jogger culture I listened to a few rappers who were deep into Farrakhan and black supremacy. They actually believe stuff like this - that all the crime and violence is committed by police and klansman disguised as joggers. They absolute hate the gays. They think whitey is coming into the ghetto to drug black people so we can steal their melanin, semen and urine.
So basically... THEY ARE ON TO US!
