The last I saw, there was a slight uptick in deaths for 2020 vs 2019, but there is a slight uptick every year.
Nothing to account for "500,000" extra deaths, but then they say "We're still waiting on the final numbers from CDC" which probably won't ever come if I had to guess.
Doesn't the flu kill more than that in an average year, and weren't there only like 2,000 reported flu deaths last year?

They threw a hissy fit. Maybe a common cold treatment but sitting next to a window or something, since UV light shreds the thing faster than Trump on Liberals.

As of the end of October, we were on target for a 1.19% increase, which is roughly equivalent to every year since 2007.

If one tracks back multiple years, there are between 6k and 61k dead from flu.
Last year (2018) it is estimated there was ~60K.
Not sure about the percentages, but I do know these numbers look odd.
