A woman named Shirelle got video from a woman named Shadae, I think... claimed she noticed the guy being harassed and so filmed it.
Apparently the guy lived a neighborhood or two over from there, and had caused troubles before, the police claim he was involved in other disturbances prior to that.
So that family saw him again trying to instigate 'OR' acting funny and Pentland confronted him. Pentland and his Wife were obviously aware of at least some of the earlier disturbances, they reference one or more and apparently saw him involved in 'something'.
He should not have touched the dindunuffin, NEVER put your hands on them. Yeah he may have been scouting for crimes of opportunity or who knows what, the guy was up to something besides just walking towards his house, wherever that is. And yeah it may well have been staged, they do that shiite and he was known to be trouble, even the police say so.
If you see the dindunuffins doing nuffin ok, act but if you don't have solid evidence they are criminals you gotta let joggers jog or it's racis.
