Yeah, they arrested him, then released him that night. I don't even think he needed bond, they gave him OR then dropped the charges.
But Judges are DENYING bail to people that didn't even go inside the building and the prosecution is getting continuance after continuance because they have no evidence of wrongdoing. And the Judge is granting this shit.
I saw that shooting on TV. He held that gun for several seconds, and was at close range. He knew she was unarmed. Even so she was close enough to shot a warning shot, or even shot her in an arm, or shoulder (still unwarranted). His life was not in danger yet he chose to murder her in cold blood. He is a killer that is being protected, not identified, or charged for an unnecessary shooting. He is a coward, and should be tried for this murder !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
