Yeah, they arrested him, then released him that night. I don't even think he needed bond, they gave him OR then dropped the charges.

But Judges are DENYING bail to people that didn't even go inside the building and the prosecution is getting continuance after continuance because they have no evidence of wrongdoing. And the Judge is granting this shit.
