Chemical companies are doing this now. Keep bringing in inner city blacks to do trade craft work and they simply boggle at why the injury rate is through the roof. I’ve got engineers out there running explosive plants that literally can’t do basic hydraulics. Whose concepts of theory are so weak that they can’t function.

The minority/lesbian women are the worst. They’re so standoffish and difficult to deal with that you literally fear for your job interacting with them. Many are literally trained in college to hate and destroy white mens career. So what do you do? Leave the porcupine alone. Meanwhile they languish and don’t develop and then either get frustrated and quit or get promoted to management. Wherein they make disastrous decisions.

What’s even funnier is that hr has been dropping standards and expectations that any competent white man or Asian just runs circles around the rest without trying. Like I literally work a 40 hour week and am in the top 10% of my cohorts. So we still beat them out, so now that they’re still not getting rock star lesbian black women, they resort to [[[[[[[equity]]]]]]].

Every now and again you’ll get a decent one, but they’re diluted out by people who have been drug kicking and screaming the entire way.

The grand irony is all this shit is driving high performing white men and Asians out of the company. So they’re secretly investigating why their top performers are pulling the rip cord.
