The prevailing theory has been that Biden will be replaced by Harris with just under two years left in Biden’s term. The reason being that if Harris waits until then, she can then run for two more terms and serve a total of 10 years.

If the AZ audit plays out like we think it will, then the other contested states are likely going to follow. At this point, the Dems will feign outrage and claim they want to “do the right thing” to restore faith in our elections and government. They will install Trump with just over two years remaining in his term. They will block him and ignore everything he tried to do. And then when 2024 rolls around, he won’t be able to run again because he will have served just over half of his second term.
