It's kind of a weird disconnect to me. I can understand President Trump is proud that there's a vaccine for people who really want one (which I guess is a lot of people) but at least in my personal experience the bigger Trump supporter someone is the less likely they are to trust the vaccine.

I disagree with some of your points. I think Michael Yeadon, former Chief Scientist in the respiratory division of Pfizer said it best - if you're healthy and under 65, don't get "vaxxed". If you're 75 and have comorbidities - well, the writing is on the wall anyway.

Any executive, Trump included, is at the mercy of "experts" - the so-called experts are found on all sides of an issue and have agendas. We can only imagine the amount of pressure the administration was under from our evil media and DemonRats - but I repeat myself - as they framed Trump as a mass murderer. Then he gets thrown a "lifeline" from biotech companies that are experimenting, not very successfully, with mRNA technology. These biotech companies are basically feeders to big pharma, so that says a lot. Big pharma sees a huge opportunity to grift the world, the biotech companies get a real trial of their new technologies without being exposed to rigid FDA rules for bringing it to market, and the administration turns a disaster into a win. Without getting into Bill Gates, the NWO, etc, it was a perfect storm and I think just about anyone in Trump's shoes would have proceeded the way he did when faced with an opposition as brutally effective as the MSM.
