Congress (Legislature) is a different branch of the government. Nancy Pelosi is in charge of that. Of course the idiots who know nothing, will not understand that. I believe it was Trump (Executive) who suggested earlier to get additional law enforcement help. Obviously, the Legislature Branch did not do so and gave the Stand Down Order. The Order comes from that top.
