WHERE IS THE BUILDING IN MARICOPA ARIZONA- that needs to be protected, AND WHEN does it need to be protected?

There are many posts regarding Maricopa county Arizona. But not one person has stated where the locations, and when this needs to happen. Is there any information out there? It doesn’t matter to bitch and complain about it if nobody can provide an address and a time when this needs to happen. How can we rally people to do something, when we can’t even get basic facts.
